Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of our plans. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full appointment cost. In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), the full appointment fee will also be charged.
If you have any cold/flu-like symptoms on the day of the appointment, please call us straight away. We may need to reschedule the appointment to avoid spreading infections.
